COMMUNITEC M, basic housing

Basic housing with plenty of space for large-volume electronic assemblies. Large side areas are easy to machine, for example for connector interfaces, ventilation slots to increase heat dissipation, and more. The rear of the housing includes a recessed area to protect installed sockets, plugs, and power supply cables; an additional recess is provided for product labels. Integrated fastening pillars are provided for PCBs or mounting plates.
The ergonomically inclined design makes it practical for reading and operation. Suitable for display sizes up to 14" (35 cm). Non-slip tabletop housing thanks to self adhesive rubber feet.

Individual housing components are available as separate items: operating panel M, bottom panel, and handle recess panel (see system components for completion). Easy to assemble and particularly service-friendly.

Order with COMMUNITEC S and M basic housings. Robust design with a honeycomb pattern ensures a high degree of rigidity and adequate safety for high-quality functional components. Integrated fastening pillars are provided for PCBs or mounting plates.

Assembly/Installation:
Efficient assembly of the bottom panel can be carried out outside the housing. The bottom panel, together with the electronic unit, can then be mounted into the COMMUNITEC basic housing (ordered separately). Installation and servicing are extremely easy thanks to excellent access to pre-assembled components - either from above through the opening for the “handle recess panel” and/or from the front.
